About FLIcK Magazine

About FLIcK MagazineFLIcK is a revolutionary, new movie magazine that represents a breakthrough in magazine distribution: It is handed directly to moviegoers free with their ticket. Behind-the-scenes content is focused on the movie they are about to see, giving readers an inside look at the film and enhancing both their connection with the movie and the cinema where they experience it. For the first time in big screen's history, FLIcK gives moviegoers something to take away that can resonate with them long after they leave the theater.

FLIcK magazine is published by Decipher Inc., Norfolk, Va., publishers of the Star Trek Communicator and The Lord of the Rings Fan Club Official Movie Magazine . Star Trek Communicator (The magazine of the Official Star Trek Fan Club) has been in publication since 1979, recently celebrating its 25th anniversary and 150th issue. In conjunction with New Line Cinema, The Lord of the Rings Fan Club Official Movie Magazine was developed in 2001 to mirror the beauty of the films themselves. The magazine received the 2004 Apex Award for Layout and Design Excellence in a consumer magazine. Decipher's experience in meeting the interests and matching the passion of fans -- through the publications as well as through online stores and communities, and games -- led the company to the concept of FLIcK.

FLIcK magazine has contracted with The Audit Bureau of Circulations (ABC), the longest running audit bureau in the publishing business, for an independent and immediate confirmation of the in-theater distribution processes and circulation numbers.
